The “Why” Behind Your Goals & Current Happenings

Hey there, Superstar!

As a coach, I'm not just a guide; I'm a catalyst for transformation. Encouraging clients to reflect on the heart of what truly drives them and understanding their deepest motivations helps them gain a clearer sense of purpose and direction. Your 'why' isn't just about what you want to achieve; it's about why it matters to you on a profound level. It's the fuel that propels you forward when challenges arise and the North Star that keeps you focused amidst distractions.

Exploring your 'why' cultivates a sense of clarity, ignites passion, and infuses your actions with meaning. It transforms goals from mere tasks on a list to powerful visions that resonate with your values and aspirations. When we understand the "why" behind our goals, we are also more likely to stay committed and resilient.

So, I invite you to take a moment today to reflect on your goals, both big and small. Dive deep into the reasons behind them.

  • What values do they align with?

  • How will they bring you closer to the life you envision?

I’d love to hear how these question help you, what insights they unlock, and how it fuels your journey towards success.

IWD Event at CalPoly University

Lastly, but definitely not least, I had the pleasure of speaking at our local college, Cal Poly SLO, for International Women’s Day

I was on a panel discussion alongside some incredible women and also hosted mentorship circles with STEM students who were so eager to learn and grow! I can’t wait to follow along in their journeys, these women will surely change the world, and having the opportunity to mentor them is definitely changing my world!

SBDC Coffee & Conversations

I had the pleasure of interviewing Jesse Dundon through our local Small Business Development Center for their Coffee & Conversations a couple week's back!

Jesse is an entrepreneur, investor, and former executive. He’s a Cal Poly grad, Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and CEO and co-founder of Hathway, which was bootstrapped to 250 employees and $40M+ in revenue at time of acquisition by Bounteous in 2021. Jesse's entrepreneurial journey is full of insights and learnings that you won't want to miss!
